What is iSolve?: iSolve helps you get a home problem fixed. You tell 6 what is wrong. He lines up a local pro, stays with you on the job, and keeps a record.
Who is 6?: 6 is your iSolve Ai helper. He talks with you, helps book the job, and stays on the call and in the job room.
How do I start?: Tell 6 what is broken or what you need done. He puts it on a list and finds the right trade near you.
How many pros do I get?: iSolve shows you up to three local pros who fit your trade and town. You pick from those three.
Why not just call a pro myself?: You can. Through iSolve you also get 6 on the job, a photo and video record, held pay until the done check, and the Ai Guarantee. Go direct and you lose that backup.
What does the Ai Guarantee cover?: It covers the record, 6 as the go-between, and the process (held pay, done check, check-ins). It does not promise how the work will turn out.
What about the fee?: Everything there is our true cost plus 1% - that's it. And as partners help cover our costs, it gets even closer to zero. The pro gets their full price. Payment costs are itemized before you pay; there is no extra card surcharge.
When does my money move?: Your money is held safe until 6 checks the job is done. Then the pro is paid the same day.
What is the job room?: On the booked day, 6 opens a job room on your phone. Camera on. He guides before, during, and after photos and video. That proof backs the guarantee and becomes your job record.
Why is the call recorded?: Recording is required for every iSolve job. It proves the work, backs the guarantee, and builds the home record. Both you and the pro must say yes. Silence or no means no booking on that path.
Who owns the photos and video?: The job record is yours to see any time. Photos, video, and notes stay with the job so you can show what was done.
What if something goes wrong later?: 6 checks in at 30 days, 90 days, and a year. If something is wrong, tell him. He has the record and can get the pro back on it.

How do I get jobs?: When a homeowner needs your trade, iSolve may offer you as one of up to three local pros. You get a desk link to accept or decline.
Do I pay for leads?: No. The homeowner pays the platform fee. You get your full price.
How do I get paid?: Set up payouts once (Stripe). When 6 marks the job done after the before-and-after check, you are paid the same day.
Do I have to agree to recording?: Yes. Recording is required. You hear why up front. Say yes to join. Say no and iSolve tries the next pro.
What is the job room for me?: The homeowner's phone is the room. 6 guides before and after proof. Done needs at least one before and one after. That done step is what releases your pay.
What is "6 Verified"?: A review is 6 Verified only when the job was booked in iSolve, has before and after in the job room, and was paid in iSolve. All three, or it is not verified.
Can I bring my own customer?: Yes. Book them through iSolve and they still get the record and the Ai Guarantee, and you still get paid the same way.
Where are the pro terms?: Pros agree to the iSolve pro terms (shown on the pro-terms page). Your desk link lasts 30 days.
